    Be part of the team the delivers the absolute best in customer service! Qualified candidates will assist potential and current Canon customers in making a purchase decision. Representatives provide a variety of sales support services including;  processing of direct sales and literature requests, providing product specifications and features, supply and accessory compatibility information, Canon Direct Website navigation assistance, dealer locations, and warranty service and support options.

    Responsibilities

    • Sell Canon product directly to consumers and effectively research and resolve any post-sale issues that may arise.
    • Provide product specifications and other information to customers wishing to purchase Canon products. Information provided includes product features, dealer locations, supply and accessory requirements and service options.
    • Assist customers with Canon Direct Website navigation.
    • Assist customers with Canon “Clean Earth” inquiries and provide rebate program assistance.
    • Process sales leads for distributions to Canon's dealer network and literature requests for customers requesting printed information on Canon products.
    • Enter and capture call data (customer information, marketing demographics, and nature of request) for all calls taken using the appropriate scripting for the type of call received.
    • Perform various non-phone duties, including dealer lead data entry and processing, order follow-up and other duties as required 

    Qualifications

     In addition to a high school diploma, specialized or technical knowledge is needed which may be obtained in high school business or shop courses or by a relatively brief period of intensive post high school education.

     

    • One to two years related experience
    • Demonstrated knowledge of PC operating systems such as Windows and/or MAC
    • Ability to read and speak English clearly is required.
    • Demonstrate comfort with basic math calculations
    • Recognize your worth to the company and engage others with a positive attitude
    • Demonstrate appropriate action when providing customer assistance
    • Organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
    • Excellent listening skills
    • Remain reliable and demonstrate teamwork to aid co-workers in achieving a common goal(s) 
    • Attendance is an essential function of the job
