To effectively respond to non-technical and other general inquiries from both current and potential Canon customers, including referring misdirected customers to the appropriate location.  Directs misdirected callers to the appropriate locations via internal transfers and outside referrals.


  • Greet customers calling Canon and assist with a wide range of inquires, giving customers direction while representing Canon in a professional manner, while adding value to the company brand
  • Handle customer rebate inquiries and escalations, and other duties as assigned
  • May also receive Customer Relations overflow calls and are required to collect customer data and escalate appropriately


  • High school diploma
  • 0-6 months experience
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of PC operating systems such as Windows
  • Ability to read and speak English clearly is required
  • Recognize your worth to the company and engage others with a positive attitude
  • Organizational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Remain reliable and demonstrate teamwork to aid co-workers in achieving a common goal(s)
